Dymax Clear-Mix also controls ammonia, nitrites and nitrates by removing nitrogenous organic waste that would otherwise release these harmful components. Clear-Mix causes minimum impact on trace elements while significantly raising redox potential. Dymax Clear-Mix also polishes water which will achieve optimum clarity.
When the product is exhausted, the media will turn darker progressively, and can then be easily renewed by soaking it in a bleach solution. Clear-Mix is formulated and designed for both freshwater and marine aquariums.
Directions:
Rinse before use. Filter bag is included with the product. Each 100ml treats 400ltrs for upto 6 months.
Regeneration:
Soak in a 1:1 bleach-water solution for 24hrs in a non-metallic container away from children. Use regular household bleach, soak the product until it turns back to a mily white colour again. Rinse well, than soak the product for 8hrs in freshwater with a cap of decholrinator which will remove all of the remaining bleach. Full activity of the product should now be restored and the product is ready to be reused again.
