Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Shrimplovers.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  •    The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  •    The product is in its original packaging
  •    The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Shrimplovers.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

DOA Policy

Whether you purchase in store or order live stock from our website our DOA Policy is the same. Shrimplovers only guarantees all live stock while it is in the original shipping bag. Once you open the bag and place the live stock in your aquarium or pond all responsibility falls to you the customer. 

If you wish to claim any live stock DOA you must take photos immediately once they arrive to your home and the photos must show the DOA animal in the original sealed bag unopened. We must be contacted the same day they arrived and we will advise what you should do and where to send the photos.

If your DOA claim is approved you will be given your options to choose from that best suits you. 

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
